From Sourcing to Onboarding: A Complete Guide” was organised by ASE on 10th September 2026. The expert session enhanced students’ understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying business hiring needs and sourcing suitable candidates to selection, offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding.
The expert session “From Sourcing to Onboarding: A Complete Guide,” delivered by Ms. Jyoti Rana, Recruiter at Amazon, aimed to provide management students with practical insights into the complete recruitment lifecycle. The session sought to familiarise students with talent sourcing, candidate screening, selection, interview processes, candidate engagement, and onboarding while bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge of Human Resource Management and Talent Acquisition and industry practices.
Ms. Jyoti Rana shared industry-oriented insights into effective candidate engagement, communication, and building a quality candidate pipeline. The session strengthened students’ understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and highlighted the importance of candidate experience and effective onboarding in facilitating employee integration and organisational success
