Industrial visit to Sarthak Educational Trust by AMS and CRC on 11 September 2026. The visit strengthened students’ understanding of inclusive practices and highlighted the role of innovation and technology in advancing rehabilitation services.
The industrial visit to Sarthak Educational Trust, Gurugram, organized on 8 September 2026 by the Department of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology in collaboration with the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), Amity University Haryana, aimed to provide students with practical exposure to disability inclusion, rehabilitation, skill development, and the empowerment of persons with disabilities. The visit sought to familiarise students with assistive technologies, vocational training, communication support, and innovative rehabilitation practices, bridging theoretical knowledge with professional experience in alignment with SDG-9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure.
The industrial visit provided 22 students with an opportunity to gain practical insights into the functioning of an organization dedicated to disability inclusion and empowerment. Students explored the significance of innovative rehabilitation approaches, accessible infrastructure, assistive technologies, and vocational skill development in promoting independence and participation among persons with disabilities.
